When four man anticipated the collapse of 2008, they had an idea: to invest on the real estate crisis and profit from the upcoming tragedy. When the market collapsed in 2008, as predicted, the economy suffered and these investors made a fortune. The financial institutions responsible for the collapse received bailouts financed with tax payers money, millions of people lost their houses, their jobs and their pensions in a financial catastrophe that still has repercussions to this day.

Adam McKay (1968) is an American screenwriter, director, comedian and actor. McKay has a comedy partnership with Will Ferrell, with whom he co-wrote the films Anchorman (2004), Talladega Nights ( 2006) , and The Other Guys (2010). Ferrell and McKay also founded their comedy website Funny or Die through their production company Gary Sanchez Productions.
