Dodu, a fearless little cardboard boy, Camilla, an enchanting 8 year old girl and Santa, an everyday Father Christmas, rescue Camilla’s father from the claws of the Waste Monster. As part of their adventure they recycle the wrapping paper from the Christmas presents and breathe in pure air with all the Sky-Forests and Earth-Forests.

Founder of Praça Filmes, José Miguel Ribeiro (1966) is one of the inescapable figures of Portuguese animation film. Also an illustrator and a teacher, Ribeiro's dedication to cinema is constant, having directed numerous films, including O Banquete da Rainha (1994), awarded at the Cinanima Festival, A Suspeita (1999), winner of the Cartoon d'Or, Passeio de Domingo (2009), or Estilhaços (2016), which received the Best Documentary Award at Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival.
José Miguel Ribeiro was a guest at the LEFFEST 19 where he was honored with a special tribute and retrospective of his films. His new movie Nayola (2022) is part of the official selection of this year's festival.
