Gia is a young percussionist working at an orchestra in Tbilisi. He is incapable of standing still and, consequently, keeps oscillating from friend to friend and lover to lover, always managing to arrive just in time to play at the end of the ballet. Through this Soviet comedy, Iosseliani questions notions of ‘right’ and ‘wrong’.
