In 1994, Monsaingeon spent a few days with Yehudi Menuhin to capture the 78-year-old violinist looking back on his prodigious career and his memories of a whole century of music. Twenty years later, these historical treasures were reworked into Monsaingeon’s beautiful tribute to his former teacher and friend, bringing to life the breadth of mind of a deeply cherished 20th century musician, through his delicious anecdotes and intimate confessions.
