Thomas Heise, noted documentary filmmaker from the former East Germany, takes a trip to France to visit his brother Andreas, who lives there in a rather unusual situation. This documentary shows the meeting between the two brothers who have not seen each other for many years.
This film reveals that, once assumed and spoken, guilt leaves no room for anything else. And sometimes silence must be maintained in order to preserve the possibility of dialogue.
