Évelyne Grossman is a professor of modern and
contemporary literature at the Paris Diderot University – Paris 7.
An expert on literary theory, what she teaches intersects literature
with philosophy and psychoanalysis. She researches the study of 20th
century writing, particularly Artaud, Becket, Blanchot, Lacan,
Derrida, Levinas, Deleuze, among others, and she published, on that
subject, the book L’angoisse de
Penser. She was the president of the
International Philosophy College. She is responsible for publishing,
at Gallimard, of part of Antonin Arnaud’s work, particularly the
volume Oeuvres
of the Quatro collection, 50 Dessins
pour Assassiner la Magie and the
different tomes of Cahiers d’Ivry.
She also published, on the same author, Artaud,
l’aliéné authentique and Antonin
Artaud, un insurgé du corps.
